Fan Art Gallery Page

1.) Go to: http://sonic.vilsy.net/gallery2/albums.php

2.) In the top right corner, click 'register'. A window should pop up and allow you to enter a Username, your real name (or alias if you wish), and your email address. Fill out this information and submit it. This will send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

3.) Check your email for the confirmation message. You may have to wait several minutes for it to arrive. Towards the end of the message, there will be a link you can click to validate your account and choose a password. Click 'Save' to continue.

4.) Now you are logged in and can start posting your art! Near the top of the page is a button "New Album". Simply click this to create an album. This will IMMEDIATELY create a new, untitled, blank album.

5.) The screen may look a tad confusing, but now you can start entering information about your album. On the top menu is a drop-down list. Here you can select various ways to edit your album. You may want to start by selecting "rename album" at the bottom.

Note: This is not TECHNICALLY the title of your album. This will just change the URL address of it.

Example:
The default is album(number). If you change the name to "My Super cool gallery", the website address of your particular album will be:
http://sonic.vilsy.net/gallery2/My-Super-cool-gallery

So pick something you will remember if you want to quickly access your gallery page or show your friends without going to Freedomfightersforever.com first!

6.) To take a better look at how your album entry looks, click the link just under the drop-down menu that says "Freedom Fighters Forever Fan Art Gallery". This will take you back to the main page. You should see your gallery at the top of the list. Boy it looks blank! Here you can continue to customize things. Where it says "Untitled" click on 'edit title'. Change the title to whatever you'd like. Preferably include your name somewhere in there so people know whose art they're enjoying! Similarly, you can add a description to your album.

7.) Now to add artwork! Click on the Title of your album. If it is empty, there should be a link that reads, "Hey! Add some photos!" Click there to start uploading your pictures. There are several ways to upload... click through the tabs to read about them and choose the ones that work best for you. 8.) Now that your pictures have been uploaded, they will be arranged as thumbnails within your album. Each should have a drop-down menu with options to add captions, rename, etc.

9.) Please note that you can change permissions to your gallery by clicking on 'permissions'. This allows you to only let certain people view your gallery, or let certain people leave comments, etc.
